Bryan Gouin brings a wealth of strategic growth expertise in his leadership role as the Chief Growth Officer to the Executive Management Team at Deer Oaks. Bryan holds over 12 years of progressive behavioral health leadership experience. His ability to develop and implement new strategic growth initiatives has been proven to raise the standard of care for patients across the country.

Bryan previously led the strategic planning efforts for one of North Carolina’s largest behavioral health organizations. He quickly developed an entrepreneurial passion for improving the quality of care for patients in the long-term care setting. Bryan was instrumental in founding and growing one of the nation’s largest long-term care behavioral health groups providing psychotherapy and medication management services across the South East and Mid-Atlantic. Bryan has served as the National Director of Behavioral Health Development for the county’s largest publicly held long-term care organization, orchestrating the development and execution of growing the behavioral health service line. His experience also encompasses developing and implementing telehealth service programs in long-term care facilities across the country.

Bryan has been an effective leader for both public and private behavioral health organizations nationwide and holds a strong passion for improving the quality of patient care.
