Jennifer Wilson, MBA, SPHR
President & Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer Wilson, President & Chief Operating Officer, joined the Deer Oaks Team in 2004. Mrs. Wilson came to Deer Oaks with experience in business operations and the field of social work. She spent the first 7 years at Deer Oaks working under the direction of DeDe Gatens, Chief Business Development Officer, as the Assistant Director of Business Development and Recruiting. Jennifer was promoted in 2009 to Director of Recruiting and oversaw all clinical recruiting efforts for the company. In early 2014, Jennifer was challenged to take on additional aspects of Human Resources and became a strategic partner with the executive management team. During that time, she earned her SPHR.
As Chief Operations Officer, Jennifer plans, directs operational activities within the Deer Oaks system, collaborates with Chief Clinical Leadership to ensure clinical excellence in service delivery, and oversees all aspects of Employee Relations.
