Jennifer Wilson, MBA, SPHR, serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Deer Oaks – The Behavioral Health Solution, where she leads operational strategy, organizational development, and enterprise-wide initiatives across one of the nation’s largest behavioral health organizations dedicated exclusively to post-acute care settings.
Since joining Deer Oaks in 2004, Jennifer has held progressive leadership roles spanning business development, recruiting, employee relations, and multi-state operations. In her current role, she collaborates closely with executive and clinical leadership teams to align systems, workforce strategy, technology, and operational infrastructure to support scalable, high-quality behavioral healthcare delivery across the country.
Jennifer has extensive experience leading organizational transformation, operational integration, and growth initiatives. She has successfully led the evaluation, acquisition, and integration of six behavioral health practices ranging in size from 12 to 85 providers, expanding Deer Oaks’ footprint into five new states and integrating care delivery for more than 12,000 patients. Her leadership has focused on creating sustainable operational models that support growth while preserving clinical quality, employee engagement, and continuity of care.
Jennifer’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional responsibilities. As a military spouse of more than 25 years, she has served in leadership roles for multiple military spouse organizations, including president of three military spouse boards. Her volunteer leadership has been recognized for revitalizing community organizations, expanding support programs for military families, and leading large-scale fundraising and recovery efforts. Most recently, she was recognized as an Honorary Diamond for her leadership following the 2025 Concho Valley floods, where she helped coordinate regional recovery efforts and fundraising initiatives supporting affected military families.
