DeDe Gatens, Chief Customer Officer, has been with Deer Oaks since 2002. She leads new business development activities for the organization and oversees all business development and marketing processes for Deer Oaks Geropsychology Services. As a former nursing home administrator, DeDe brings over fifteen years of nursing home management experience to the Deer Oaks Leadership Team. In her many years with Deer Oaks, DeDe has been at the forefront of growth and drove efforts to expand the geropsychology services division from providing services in one state to creating the largest, geographically spread geropsych provider in the US. DeDe has always felt that working with the elderly “is her calling,” and she has a strong commitment to ensuring that nursing home residents throughout the country receive quality behavioral health services.
